Our artifact is the career research report. It compares a student's interests, values, aptitudes, personality, lifestyle goals and learning styles to a researched career in order to determine if the career is a good match for the student. This artifact aligns with the course objectives of the CWE class which include the demonstration of the career planning process. The career planning process involves student completion of individual assessments in order to complete a self-profile which can be compared to selected careers, in order to make good career decisions.
