Practicality of eportfolio

Today (period 2 sub group) we discussed the need for a practical foundation in order for us to enhance student's learning via eportfolio. We discussed our concerns regarding the different stages of learning of each teacher's learning. We are concerned about the impact our understanding of the material has on student learning if we as teachers are in different stages of learning. We would need further practical application in order to help and guide our students to participate in eportfolio as a effective communicator and knowledgeable students.
