Minutes to ePort Core Group Meeting—October 15

Core ePort Group Teachers: Gail McKenna, Dave Olio, Dave White, Heather Davagian, Nancy Greco, Chad Lowd, Phil Rockey, Amy Farrell, Joe Camire, and Ed Duclos

Decided: we will continue to meet as a group and use our monthly meetings to deal with the Big Picture Qs of this initiative.

Concerns and questions: Thumb drives (one class set per teacher), teacher access to student sites (we will have this crucial component), and setting up the accounts (see Contribute guidelines on our web site)

Next steps we need to decide or develop:
-Student self-assessment and reflection
-When the whole plan is in action, who monitors/guides the development of the ePort with the student?

December: Wednesday, December 17 (2:30 to 3:30 Room 256)
January: No extra meeting due to midterms
February: Wednesday, February 11 (2:30 to 3:30 Room 256)
March: Wednesday, March 11 (2:30 to 3:30 Room 256)
April: To be determined
May: To be determined
June: No extra meeting because we have a PD day June 24
