Period 7 March 11 Minutes

Is ePortfolio only a database for PowerPoint projects and other electronic artifacts?

If it's true, that the ONLY reason is for database storage, why not just use some other metod, like studnet folder on the server?

Amy presented an ePortfolio which "wasn't really needed to do the assignment--PowerPoint--but the ePort would be useful to compare projects should it be repeated again in any other context.

As a result, we are developing an understanding that we need to:
  • repeat the process
  • allow demonstration of improvement progress with course objectives
  • allow demonstration of growth as a learner

For example, when a student presentsa PowerPoint about trigonometry, the student devlelops effective communication skills.

Here's a mathematical expression! I am able to identify that when I did A, I learned B better.

  1. A=ERIC Standard
  2. B=Course Objectives
